no wonder we were rated one of the rudest country

pukul 5 pagi tadi aku pegi LCCT, hantar my youngest sister balik kota bharu. dah la tak tido, bola punya pasal...ada la pulak insiden yang membengangkan aku. aku sampai sana awal dah, dalam pukul 6.30. flight adik aku pukul 7.40. tunggu la pulak kawan adik aku ni, tiket semua pada budak tu. sampai je bebudak tu, terus la check-in. it was 7.05 at that time. okay, i know they were at fault for being late. the check-in was closed 45 minutes before flight. BUT the AirAsia staff, shouldn't have angrily shouted to my sister and her friends, exact quote:

"Kenapa lambat? Lain kali datang awal. Counter tutup 45 minit sebelum flight. Bagi IC dulu sini"

Then there was a couple behind us, maybe nak check in, tapi tak sure counter mana. The staff shouted:-

"Ni nak pegi mana ni?" The guy said something, the staff again, angrily replied "Bukan, bukan".

There were two of them, jerit-jerit kat passenger. No Cik, Encik, Adik, whatever...Senyum, haram la. Aku lupa nak amik nama, but aku nak komplen la dalam paper ke apa ke. Bengang betul aku. Tau la org lambat, but the least you can do is be courteous in reminding the passengers. To think about it, these people are the frontliners yang org luar akan jumpa dulu. Though working kat LCCT, bukannya semua locals kat situ. But I wonder if they treat the foreigners the same way my sister was treated...bet you there'll be double standard...
